There’s never been a more relevant time to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills to manage and support Mental Health. Your mental health is important, and by undertaking a short course, you can learn how to help yourself and support those around you. You can make a difference across your family, your social communities and also at work.

Internationally recognised courses:

I am qualified and licensed to offer the following training programmes:

  • Mental Health Awareness (Half a Day, held Online, or Classroom-based). Available Worldwide.
  • Mental Health First Aid (2 days Classroom-based, or Blended learning combining individual learning activities and 4 online 3-hour sessions). Available for residents within England.


To book yourself or your colleagues on a course, simply check the list of dates at the top of this page, and click to select the course date, to book your place.  You can choose to ‘book and pay now’, or ‘book and pay later’. Once you have booked your place, I will contact you to provide further information. (In all cases payment must be made in full at least 14 days prior to the start date).

Adult Mental Health Awareness (Online)* 

£250 including comprehensive MHFA England learning resources.

  • An introduction to mental health and what affects it.
  • Exploring stigma and discrimination.
  • Developing skills to have mental health conversations.
  • How to look after your own mental health.
  • Please note that FREE 1-2-1 mentoring is offered throughout this programme.

Adult Mental Health First Aid (Classroom or Online)*

£110 including MHFA England learning resources.

  • In-depth, robust knowledge and understanding of mental health, including self-care.
  • Develop the skills and confidence to support someone in distress and help prevent a crisis.

*Participating learners must be aged 16+
